The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor has an electric hob, an oven and an extractor fan. The essential pots and pans, plates and dishes, cutlery and glassware are available.
Several supermarkets in the neighbouring villages are open all-year and provide all goods of everyday need.
The nearest LIDL market with a rich choice of budget imported foodstuffs is located in Tsesmes by the coastal road (5 kms).

In the villages along the coastal road there are numerous restaurants and tavernas which however are not open all-year.
Most poluar are the  Kellari and the SkyPark (both in Platanias), and the Remember in Adelianos Campos.
Taverna Kehaghias at Stavromenos by the National Road is open all-year, and so is the SkyPark's grill restaurant (except the 2 weeks around Xmas & New Year).

Stelios Liandris' Supermarkt
at Atsipopoulo near Rethymnon offers a very particular service: In the morning, Stelios brings fresh bread, milk and any other goods requested straight to your holiday villa.
From Gerani in the West until Scaleta in the East, he delivers to all villages that line the bay of Rethymnon.
Delivery is free of charge as long as the order volume is in a reasonable proportion to the driving distance.
