The living room on the ground floor has period furniture and a leather lounge suite.
There is a large open fireplace, air conditioning, a satellite color TV set, and a piano.

On the ground floor there is also a bedroom which has a double bed, a separate air conditioning unit, and a satellite TV set.
Furthermore, there is a small bathroom with a hip-bath and WC on the ground floor as well.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with air conditioning and satellite TV set. It also has a balcony, a living room suite, and a large wardrobe.

A separate bathroom attaches to it.
The third bedroom with balcony, air conditioning, satellite TV set and wardrobe is upstairs as well.
It also has a small shower bathroom with WC.
In the basement there is an air conditioned fitness room with table-tennis, exercise bike and refrigerator.

There is also the fourth bedroom, and a large bathroom with a double wash basin and a whirlpool.
A washing machine and a small ironing machine are also in the basement, and there are iron and board.
All air conditioning units can be switched to heating mode in the wintertime, or during chilly springtime or autumn nights.

Weekly room cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels.
The villa suits for up to 8 persons. For larger groups up to 14 persons, the sibbling building  Villa Athena is available.
A 5 % discount is granted with stays of 2 weeks duration, and a 10 % discount with stays of 3 weeks duration (except high season).
